Founded on July 15, 1967,  the Las Vegas Chapter is comprised of  real estate appraisers and real estate professionals in allied fields in Southern Nevada.  The Chapter’s territorial jurisdiction is Clark, Lincoln, Nye, Esmeralda and White Pine Counties.
