SEEKING EMPLOYMENT

  • Experienced Executive Administrator looking for additional administrative appraisal production work for busy appraisal office or independent appraiser. Experienced in report editing, proofing, production, mailing and delivery. Experienced in billings, applications for approval with various governmental agencies, appraisal license applications and renewals. Demonstrated Integrity and Responsibility with petty cash management, supplies management, filing, archival, etc. Ability to work remotely / telecommute if employment situation requires. Experienced with FTP and Remote Control computing environments such as PCAnywhere and Microsoft Remote Desktop. Willing to learn similar programs if necessary. Additional experience includes Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, etc. Previously licensed as a real estate agent.
    Have all necessary office equipment including high-speed color laser printer. (Xerox 6250DP) and binding equipment. Office supplies would need to be provided for contract administrative work.
    Currently preparing work part time for a long-time established MAI appraiser. Current appraiser willing to provide references and referrals.  Seeking a part-time work load either as an employee or as an independent contracting executive administrator.
